Aswin is a former electrical engineer and management consultant. He turned to entrepreneurship to solve serious problems in health care. Zeto’s mission is to transform the way neurological conditions are recognized, managed and treated. Zeto focuses on putting the customer first, creating products that deliver remarkable advancement and building a strong, profitable business. Under Aswin’s leadership, Zeto has successfully brought to market the first dry electrode, wireless EEG device and cloud platform cleared for clinical use by the FDA. Zeto has won several med tech accolades notably, MedTech Innovator Showcase company in 2018, Exponential Medicine MEDY Award in 2018 and the UCSF Rosenman Innovator award in 2017 and over $350,000 in cash awards from the Epilepsy Foundation.
Prior to Zeto, Aswin worked as a management consultant at PwC, revamping sales and marketing for large and mid size clients. Among notable accomplishments, at 1 of the top 3 hotel companies in the world, he is credited with designing a unified sales process for all world wide franchises. Prior to PwC, he worked for 10 years in the semiconductor industry in a variety of roles including design engineering and product development. He played a key role in the design of many cutting edge and commercially successful microprocessors at AMD.
He holds 4 international patents in computing technology, authored 1 IEEE publication and co-invented 5 Zeto patents in EEG technology.
